Babel is a movie that shows four different stories. These stories in one moment will cross.
For me it is a good film that mixes reality with fellings, gets your attention and makes you think about the differences between languages, cultures and realites.
The stories happen in differents places. Firstly there is a girl that lives i Tokio and can`t hear; Secondly there is a couple who are on vacation at Marroco and the wife sofers an accident; Thirdly there is a poor family that lives in Marroco and the last story is about a house keeper that goes to her son`s wedding in Mexico.
By watching this movie you can reflect taht having money is not enough, you can see how the communication can be between cultures like was it at Babel Tower.
I recommend this movie for everyone.

Hi Ariene. Great post. I loved this movie. You describe it so well. I remember very clearly that scene in the nightclub where the sound turns on and off as you experience the place from the deaf girl's point of view. It really made me think about what it would be like to not be able to hear. Amazing.
